  The chalets are dated and we were only given 2 keys between 11 people which was cumbersome. The owner charged us 160$ for not mopping when no mops were supplied. I would not go here again. Other accomodations on the mountain are much more modern and friendly.

  Were told there would be a stove fire with wood supplied. When we arrived it was a tiny electric heater with a fake fire. Very disappointing for a christmas getaway. The "ski in ski out" feature was really only for people who are adept at skiing uphill for ten minutes. We were charged an extortionate amount for cleaning of bedding and towels (which we were already being charged extra just to use) 160$ to put bedding in the laundry? assuming the bedding would be washed anyway between guests.. Worst of all when questioning these charges over the phone we were told that we would be charged more the longer we disputed. DO NOT BOOK.

  Easy to deal with and the new owner is much improved and friendlier than the old. Bringing the property management up to speed which is great.

  I would not recommend staying here. The mountain is great but the accomodation was below standard.
